THIS IS A USED INTERIOR REAR VIEW MIRROR WHICH WAS CHROME PLATED
Its very hard to chrome plate these mirrors,base is made from jamack ,glass is very difficult to remove and 90% of used mirror casings are not suitable for chrome plating
